Avenida Sofia,12. The MiM is one of the more modern and stylish hotels in Sitges. The rooms are small, but nice and modern. The rooftop pool is impressive. Unfortunately, the bar service at the pool is lacking.

casa vilella
Passeig Marítim, 21. Probably the nicest boutique hotel in Sitges, Casa Vilella is situated on the seafront, but a little out of the craziness of the center .. but still close enough to walk everywhere. The restaurant is also very good for lunch or dinner.
Hotel capri
Avenida Sofía, 13-15. Hotel Capri is a cute, moderately priced boutique hotel in a great location near the Calipolis Hotel and the gay beach. It also has a nice pool to relax by after the beach.

Carrer Jesus 16. Located in the epicenter of Sitges, the Hotel Medium Park has a beautiful garden / pool area. This oasis is a great place to relax and have a drink to escape the craziness of Sitges. The rooms are fairly basic though

Avenida Sofia 2-6. Situated on the seafront directly across from the gay beach, the Calipolis makes for easy access. The seafront views are impressive, but the rooms are just adequate.

Sitges Carnival usually takes place in late Feb or early March depending on Easter. It's a full on Rio-type Carnival with professional floats, costumes and competitions. The two big parades occur on Sunday and Tuesday night, but the whole weekend is a big party.

Sitges Pride usually occurs around the 3rd week of June. Considering Sitges if fairly new to hosting a gay pride event, this weekend is fast becoming a very popular pride destination in Europe. There is a main stage on the seaside paseo which hosts some fun and kitschy acts.
fiesta major
Fiesta Major usually occurs around the 3rd week of August. The week is packed with lots of activities and ends with a fantastic fireworks display near the church. During the day don't miss the castellers (human towers) and parade of gegants (paper mache giants).
Sitges Film Festival
Sitges hosts an impressive international film festival in early October. The festival includes a wide range of movies, but tends to focus more on horror films. The "Sitges Zombie Walk" has become a traditional event, in which all those who want to participate makeup and dress up as zombies and follow a route through the streets of Sitges.
